The Charcoal Skull

I created this charcoal illustration of a semi-stylized skull as a demonstration of working negatively. I effectively worked in reverse on this piece, erasing to create details from a slate of black charcoal. I like to continuously experiment with techniques to see how it may enhance projects or ideas down the line, and this was no exception.
